Day 14:

(Scripture)

Matthew 7:7-11

Ask. Seek. Knock. Jesus spoke of 3 actions that are required in order to gain the needed responses. Some do not receive because they simply do not ask. Some do not find because they do not seek. Some do not see doors opened because they never knock.

At the same time, some do ask but they do not receive because they ask lacking Faith or for the WRONG THING. Some think they are seeking but they just look quickly and give up or seek the WRONG THING. Some knock, but when there is no immediate answer, they walk away or they knock at the WRONG DOOR.

When we pray to ASK, SEEK, OR KNOCK, we must realize that this kind of prayer is an expectant prayer requiring only a response from God. There is no other option! We wait for Him in prayer.

(Prayer)

God. We wait on You. Others have failed us when we asked for favors or assistance. Some people were not available when we would seek or knock. You have always available and listening so we wait on You. Your response is not according to our timeframe, so we will wait.

We do not care how long it takes because we know that those who wait will be strengthened. We ask You to move in our lives. We seek Your will to be done as we knock at the door of deliverance. As we knock at the door of healing. As we knock at the door of provision.

We will keep knocking…

We will keep seeking…

We will keep asking… until we hear from You, Lord.

In Jesus’ Name

Amen!
