Matthew 6:1-13
Evening Devotion:
Sometimes it is so hard to be quiet about doing a good deed. We want to spread the good news, but the best news that needs to be spread is the news of Jesus. Our works are worthless next to the work of Jesus. That’s why we focus on Him because He has the food for thought that we need to chew on for the day. If we focus on Him, we will not have time to focus on the temptation that grips us so easily.
The day is not over. End strong! May your finish be just as strong as your start.

Lord. I thank You for this day. You gave this day to me and I have given it back to You. Satan cannot claim the victory over me even in sleep. I declare that my sleep will be anointed and navigated by the thoughts of the Holy Spirit. I declare that I will receive full rest tonight and not have a restless night. I declare that my home is anointed and covered by the Hand of the Almighty God. Thank You Lord. In Jesus’ Name. Amen!
