2 Chronicles 32:16-22
Matthew 6:1-13
Morning Devotion:
The enemy stood against the king and the people to announce certain defeat. This word would have been true if the people stood alone in their battle, however, the Captain of the armies of Heaven stood before them and destroyed the enemy without the people having to lift a finger. They only needed to call on their Captain to defend them.
Do not try to take charge in your battle today. If you fight, only fight in prayer as you submit to God and resist the enemy!
(Prayer)
Father in heaven. We pray against every attack of the enemy that would try to make us believe that You cannot heal, cannot deliver, cannot save, cannot restore. We believe in You God. You are able to do great things far beyond our understandings and comprehensions. Lord. May You guide us through this day. Keep us from all temptation. Deliver us from evil. Those who hurt us, may we forgive them. We know how much we need You.
Thank You Lord, Jesus!
