As long as the cloud was there, the people stayed and did not move. We see a similar cloud in Exodus 14 which separated and protected them from the Egyptian Army and in 1 Kings 18 with Solomon when a cloud filled the tabernacle.<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><p>The verse reminds us that it is <b><u>imperative<\/u> <\/b>to follow the cloud of God\u2019s Presence. When you leave the cloud, you become the leader in your life and must provide your own cover, guidance, and protection. This is more than a problem. It\u2019s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>dangerous<\/strong><\/span> because it means you are vulnerable to all attacks and will not have any defense or protection. The problem is that God\u2019s timing is unpredictable and requires our constant, daily attention.
